File storage is one amount for your whole account: the files of all your projects count toward it together, and an extra project does not add more. Files are stored in EU object storage. StitchDB e-mails you at 80% and when you go over 100%. With the spend cap off, usage above the included amount is billed instead of blocked. While your account's file storage is over its limit, new uploads are blocked with 413 in every project until files are removed; downloads keep working. A bucket's file size limit can't be higher than your plan's upload size.
